It is in your eyes or nose? If yes, rinsing repeatedly with warm saline will help a lot.

My brother did something similar - he was playing with some chillis on our chilli bush, and rubbed his eyes with fresh chilli oil. It was only at the ED that he thought to mention it.

I once had a Mexican Monster Burger from Brucie's in the city.

The patties have ground up chili in them, the sauce is full of chili seeds, and there's a layer of whole chilis in between the patties.

This was the day I learned that sometimes you really need to wash your hands *before* you go to the loo.
